RETURNS
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package. This period does not include the time it takes for your return to reach us.
If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The package will be returned to you automatically.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•ITEMS ON SALE OR ON PROMOTION CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED! Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
•RETURNS TO RELAY POINTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: contact@soleyashop.com. We thank you for attaching a photo to your email.
Procedure for returning your items :
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: contact@soleyashop.com to inform us of your return.
Returns must be made only to the postal address indicated below:

To return a package, you can go to the LA POSTE website and return it online with Colissimo, by dropping the package off in your mailbox directly. This will cost you less than €5.
Returns are made at your expense, via Colissimo for example (Directly on the La Poste website (cheaper), or at the Post Office (more expensive), and must be sent to the following postal address (within 14 days after the date of purchase maximum):

Please include a note inside your package specifying your order number.
Please keep proof of return of your package.
To be eligible for return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Do not remove the labels
- For shoes, the soles must be like new. That is to say that even a slightly worn sole will not be accepted. (Be sure to take care of it when trying it on)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, odorless and stain-free otherwise returns will not be accepted.
- No returns to relay points will be accepted.
Refund (if applicable)
Reimbursement will be made at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which SOLEYA is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw (subject to the correct receipt of the return package at our warehouse).
Once your return is received and inspected, if your request is approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Please note that credit card refunds will be processed within 48/72 business hours! PayPal refunds take approximately 10 days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
